The
deal I made here at PWS give me all the tools I need to run
a small business (income for the non-profit org) and they
back me up so I can give good service! I know there's maybe
another place where they have this service, but here the distance
between PWS and it's customers is very small and they are
most of the time fast, very fast! There's even space for some

is really heaven compared to my old host. After being burned
twice by false information and lousy support at my first two

Well
I just experienced the best support available when it comes
to PWS services. I was getting real frasturated that I could
not retrieve my email or log on into the FTP. I've posted
my support ticket on the forum as usual. And received immediate
attention from one of their support membes (Jamie). He took
his time, step by step figuring out what could be wrong. To
my surprise when we found out that it was not for a fact PWS
problem, it was my ISP who was (and still is) giving me problems.
Jamie took extra care and telling me what I should tell them,
and what the problem could be. Most companies (support teams)
usually would tell you off and basically point you to do your
own research and find out the problem from the source, but
not PWS. Even though it was NOT related to them whats so ever
they took extra care. THANK YOU AGAIN. And I'm proud to be
hosting under PWS... "Homicide".
