The sending of unsolicited email, aka spam / spamming from our
network is not tolerated. A fine of $150 / £100 will be
charged to your account if it is found that you have "spammed".
If this is not paid our credit card
fraud policy will be used to recover this fine. Every spam
complaint will be investigated by our abuse team and any unjustified
complaint(s) will not be held against you.
