from you ?
A: Yes, there is no limit to how many websites you can order
from us. top
Q: I understand that I receive a free domain
name with new accounts, do I have to pay the renewal fees
and if so when ?
A: We give away a free domain name with every new website
and we pay all renewal fees for you for the life of the
website. So, as long as you have an active account with
us, you'll never pay renewal fees again. top
Q: What is the minimum amount of time I
have to stay with your services ?
A: There is no minimum contract so you can cancel at any
time, penalty free. top
Q: My dial-up ISP gives me webspace, and
there are many free web hosting services. Why should I pay
for web hosting ?
A: Buying professional web hosting from ProWebSpace gives

Q: Are there any hidden charges that I
should know about ?
A: No, there are no hidden charges. We offer a no hidden
charges guarantee, everything is included in the price you

Q: Do you offer a 30 day refund policy
?
A: We do not offer such a policy for the simple reason that
every new account costs us approximately $30 to open (including
domain name fees, and staff time etc) and every transfer
order costs us $20. Therefore, if we were to offer a 30
days refund we would have to charge a set up fee which we
feel our customers would not prefer. top

Q: Do you support Microsoft FrontPage 98,
2000 & 2002 ?
A: Yes, we fully support FrontPage 98, 2000 & 2002.
To activate FrontPage extensions all you need to do is to
log into your easy to use control panel and click on FrontPage
and install. The extensions are now live straight away.
You need extensions if you are going to upload your webpages
to your website via FrontPage. top
Q: I have just ordered, when can I expect
my website to be live ?
A: If you have ordered a transfer of an existing website,
then you will receive your welcome email which includes
how to complete the transfer normally within 8 hours. If
you have ordered a new website, you will still receive your
welcome email within 8 hours, however, your new domain name
has to be registered with the worlds computers and this
takes between 2-4 days. However, you can still work on your
website in the time being as we provide a temporary link
until your domain name goes live. top
Q: You run UNIX servers - but I have a
Windows computer - does this matter ?
A: No - not at all. It does not matter what make or model
your computer is or what software you run - our servers
and webspace work with every type of computer and software
without a problem. top
Q: Are your servers reliable ?
A: Our servers are UNIX based which means they are very
reliable indeed. We aim to achieve 100% uptime constantly
and are continually working to improve every aspect of our
service. We are so confident with how reliable our servers
are that we offer a 99.9% uptime guarantee. top
Q: How do I access my control panel ?
A: Your control panel goes live as soon as you receive our
welcome email. If your website was www.mysite.com, your
control panel would be http://mysite.com:2082 - please note
however that if you have ordered a transfer of an existing
website it can take 2-4 days for your website and control
panel to become live. In such circumstances we provide a
temporary address for you to access your control panel so
that you can get working on your website ASAP. top
Q: What domain names can I transfer to
you ?
A: We can host any domain name in the world and you can
transfer any domain name to us free of charge by asking
your current provider to change your nameservers. top
Q: How can I tell if a domain name is
available ?
A: Simply click on "domain names" via the menu
on the left, and then "find an available domain name",
type in your desired domain name and it will show whether
it is available or not. top
Q: I wish to sell products from my website.
Do you offer any e-commerce systems ?
A: We do not ourselves offer e-commerce solutions. However,
we highly recommend WorldPay
who handle all our payment systems. Other good e-commerce
providers are: ClickBank
- CCnow
- PayPal
- CCbill.
Our systems are compatible with virtually all e-commerce
solutions. top
Payment

Q: What credit / debit cards to you accept
?
A: We currently accept MasterCard, Visa, EuroCard, Visa
Delta, Switch, Solo, JCB and Discover cards. top
Q: Can I pay in other currencies ?
A: Yes, as well as paying in $US (American dollars) and
£UK (British pounds) you can also pay in €Euro.

Q: What happens if I change
my credit card ?
A: Our systems will automatically bill the original credit
/ debit either every month or every year depending on how
you elected to pay. When you order your website you will receive
a FuturePay email from WorldPay (our payment processor) which
will contain a username and password for their system. This
is very important and you should keep this email safe. Using
the information in this email, you can log into WorldPay's
systems and change your credit / debit card details. Please
note that we do not delete your website if your credit / debit
card fails, we simply contact you to see if we can help. Our
systems will try again if the payment fails another 2 times
after which your website will be suspended but not deleted.
As soon as the payment is received your account is re-opened
within minutes. top
Q: Is it safe to put my credit / debit card
information on your website ?
A: Yes it is. Our online ordering forms are on 128 bit encrypted
webpages, which means that no one can see your information
apart from WorldPay (our payment processor). top
Q: For some reason my credit / debit card
was declined, can you try again ?
A: If your card fails then our systems will try again every
day for a further 2 days. If your card has still not been
accepted at this point, one of our friendly support staff
will be in contact to help. Please do not worry about your
website being deleted, we will only delete your website if
we have received no reply for 2 weeks or more, however your
website will be suspended if your payments fail 3 times. If
you card fails on the 1st attempt but is accepted on a retry,
then it could be due to the authorising banks computer being
down or overloaded. top
Q: I don't have a credit / debit card. Can
I use my friend's card ?
A: If your friend does not mind you using their credit / debit
card then we have no problem with this. However, your friend
must be present and enter his / her credit / debit card information
themselves. top

Q: Will I have shell access to my account
?
A: No, we do not offer shell. top
Q: Do you support ASP ?
A: Due to the security issues surrounding other server platforms,
we only use high performance UNIX servers which do not support
ASP. However, UNIX does support PHP and MySQL which most web
designers consider more stable. top
Q:What server hardware do you use ?
A: We use industrial strength web server equipment for performance
and reliability including Intel Pentium and Sun Sparc based
systems. All servers have dual processors, dual 100Mbit Ethernet
adapters, a minimum of 1 gigabyte of memory and a server grade
mainboard and chipset. top
Q: What operating system do you use ?
A: We run UNIX based servers for maximum flexibility. Our
machines are predominately Linux / Redhat based. top
Q: I am a website designer, can I order your
services and then charge my clients extra and keep the difference
?
A: There is no problem with this at all. In fact, we have
many web designers that do this for their clients. You are
totally free to charge them whatever you like. top
